Every room has a kitchen with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, a washing machine, a bathroom dryer, and a separate bath and toilet. Instead of a TV there is a smart monitor (no broadcast TV, but you can watch streaming services with your own account and YouTube). Auto-lock entrance, video intercom, security cameras, an elevator and free fixed-line Wi-Fi.
